What is Young Professionals?

The Young Professionals Program of the Danville Pittsylvania Chamber of Commerce is designed to connect, empower, and inspire the next generation of leaders across our region. This dynamic network brings together emerging professionals who are passionate about growing their careers, building meaningful relationships, and making a lasting impact in their community.

Through a mix of networking events, professional development opportunities, and community service initiatives, members gain access to valuable resources that support both personal and professional growth. The program places a strong emphasis on volunteerism, encouraging participants to give back through service projects that strengthen and uplift Danville and Pittsylvania County.

Whether you're looking to expand your network, develop leadership skills, or get more involved in the community, the Young Professionals Program offers a space to connect with like-minded individuals and grow alongside tomorrow’s leaders.

Hailey Ramberg – RAM Management & Solutions / Megaptera Cybersecurity

Hailey Ramberg is a marketing and communications professional based in Danville, Virginia. She is the Co-Founder of RAM Management & Solutions, a family-owned business providing hands-on support to businesses through digital marketing, bookkeeping, HR management, event planning, IT consulting, and operational support to help organizations work smarter and grow stronger.

She also serves as an Account Executive for Megaptera Cybersecurity, where she supports efforts to strengthen cybersecurity posture through services including incident response planning, digital forensics, cloud security, and cybersecurity consulting to help organizations protect their data and systems.

Hailey earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2023 and her Master of Business Administration from Delaware State University in 2024. She is an active member of the Danville Pittsylvania Chamber of Commerce, serving as a Chamber Ambassador and participating in the WE LEAD program, where she contributes to leadership development and professional growth initiatives within the community. Passionate about mentorship, Hailey coaches youth softball in Pittsylvania County and draws from her experience as a former NCAA Division I athlete, where she competed for five years at the collegiate level.

Through her involvement with the Young Professionals committee, Hailey is committed to fostering meaningful connections, encouraging engagement, and creating opportunities for the next generation of leaders in the Danville-Pittsylvania region.

Laura Brown - Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) / 2 Witches Winery & Brewing Co.

Laura Brown is the Business Manager at 2 Witches Winery & Brewing Co. and serves as the Student Career Services Coordinator for the ATDM program at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research. She is also a board member of the Danville Museum of Fine Arts and History, supporting local arts and cultural initiatives.

A former high school history teacher, Laura brings strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to her work. She is especially passionate about contributing to the success of a locally owned small business, helping create a welcoming space for the community, and delivering memorable guest experiences. In her role with ATDM, she supports students as they prepare for employment and assists with connecting them to job opportunities.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, Alex, their dog Memphis, and making the most of time with friends and family. She also has a deep appreciation for live music and community-centered events.

Hey everyone! I’m Corey — a writer, photographer, educator, creator & civic leader based in Virginia. My work lives at the intersection of art, media, literacy & education, grounded in storytelling & driven by a vision for a more honest, inclusive South.

I spent five years teaching ninth-grade English, publications, media & AVID before moving into higher education & public service. With a background in psychology, curriculum & instruction, English & communication, I believe in learning through life & stories. At my core, I’m a creative & proud educator, committed to expanding opportunity, equity & authentic storytelling across communities everywhere.

Rodrica Clark -  Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM)

Rodrica Clark, a native of Chatham, Virginia, is a graduate of Chatham High School and has built a strong foundation rooted in her local community. She earned her Associate’s degree in Business Management from Patrick Henry Community College in 2017 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications at Liberty University.

Clark is an active member of both the WE Lead and the Young Professionals committee with the Danville Pittsylvania County Chamber of Commerce, where she collaborates with local and regional leaders to support professional development, community engagement, and local growth.

Professionally, Clark serves as the Senior Support Specialist for the Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) program. She brings over 11 years of experience in customer service, client engagement, and administrative operations. Her work plays a vital role in supporting program efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and organizational success.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Clark values quality time with her daughter and family. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling, embracing opportunities to recharge and explore new experiences.

Patrick Gibson is an award-winning Danville-based artist and photographer specializing in portraits, weddings, and business media. His work is driven by a passion for creating imagery that feels powerful, intentional, and true to the people and brands in front of his camera. With a style rooted in both artistry and authenticity, Patrick aims to create work that not only looks beautiful, but actually says something.

As a committee member of Young Professionals, Patrick is proud to invest in the future of Danville and the people helping shape it. He cares deeply about creativity, connection, and community, and is excited to help create opportunities for young leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives to grow, collaborate, and make a lasting impact.
